Gift Card Terms & Conditions

By purchasing, redeeming, or using a Gift Card from Layers Wellness & Spa, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

  1. General Terms
  • Gift Cards are issued by Layers Wellness & Spa, located at 4-100 Real Martin Dr. Fort McMurray T9K 2S1.
  • Gift Cards are available for purchase online or in person at the Spa.
  • Gift Cards are valid for use on services and retail products offered at the Spa unless otherwise stated.
  • Gift Cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or credit, except as required by law.
  1. Expiration and Validity
  • Gift Cards with dollar amounts do not expire.
  • Gift Cards with spa services expire 12 months after purchase date.
  • No fees apply to Gift Card transactions, including dormancy, inactivity, or maintenance fees.
  1. Redemption
  • Gift Cards must be presented at the time of service or retail purchase to be redeemed.
  • Gift Cards cannot be used to purchase additional Gift Cards.
  • Promotional or complimentary Gift Cards may have specific expiration dates or restrictions, which will be clearly stated at the time of issuance.
  1. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Cards
  • The Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged Gift Cards.
  • Lost Gift Cards can be reissued, but only to the original purchaser upon request and proof of purchase.
  • Damaged Gift Cards may be replaced at the Spa’s discretion, provided proof of purchase is presented.
  1. Balance Inquiry
  • To check your Gift Card balance, visit the Spa, or call 780-750-6888.
  1. Promotions and Discounts
  • Gift Cards purchased during promotions or sales may be subject to additional terms and conditions.
  1. Changes to Terms and Conditions
  • The Spa reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
