Shipping policy

• Orders will be processed Monday to Saturday and will be shipped within 1-2 days. We always try to make an effort to ship your order the same day it is placed or the next business day.
• Order processing times and delivery times may vary during the month of December.
• Local delivery will be free of charge to the Fort McMurray area, and should be expected to be delivered within 1-2 days after it is placed during the days Monday to Saturday in the hours of 9AM - 5PM.
• Orders placed for pickup in store will be available Monday to Friday 9AM-8PM and Saturday 9AM-5PM, orders should be ready for pickup within the hour after it has been placed.
• If a return is needed, contact us at our email shoponline@layerswellness.com. If the return is accepted by us we will provide you with a shipping label to send the product back, after we receive the product we can send a replacement or issue a refund depending on the state of the order. Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of receiving the product you have ordered.
